Hey menu planners! How are you today? I’m so excited because we have a four day weekend coming up, whoot, whoot!! This weekend us folks here in Canada celebrate our Thanksgiving. Technically next Monday is Thanksgiving but we always have our big dinner on Sunday so Monday we can just relax, relax, relax!
Recipe Highlights:
I’ve got two recipes to tell you about from last week. The first favorite goes to the Cheesy Butternut Squash Pasta Bake. Oh my goodness was this recipe ever good, yum! And look I remembered to take pictures!
Last week I also made some delicious Candy Corn Cream Cups for a bridal shower I was attending on Saturday. Look how cute they turned out!
They were pretty easy to prepare, the hardest part was trying to get the layers into the cup without messing up the sides, ha!
Menu Plan Resource:
New to Menu Plan Monday last week was Stephanie from Sustaining the Powers. She introduced me to her Crocktober menu plan series that she is running. The idea behind it is that she will be using her crock pot every day in the month of October and sharing the recipes each week too. You can check out her first one HERE. I love using my crock pot so I was happy to get some new recipes to try and thought you might be interested too.
Have a great week everyone!!
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Barbecue Ranch Chicken Salad
Tuesday: 10 Minute Cheesy Spaghetti served with Easy Greek Tomato and Cucumber Salad
Wednesday: Rosemary Chicken Wings served with french fries and corn
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Quick Homemade Pizza
Saturday: Easy French Dip Sandwiches
Sunday: Thanksgiving dinner! We are having Roasted Chicken with Potatoes and Bacon served with Crock Pot Spaghetti Squash and Gluten Free Apple Crisp for dessert.

Happy Thanksgiving, Laura!
Oh wow, that butternut squash pasta bake looks so good! We grew butternuts for the first time this year, so I think I will give the recipe a try.
Thanks for hosting the link-up. 🙂

I’m pinning that cheesy butternut squash pasta bake. I love butternut squash and the kids love pasta. Score! Linking my menu plan up this week, it’s been awhile since I joined!

I love the idea of “Crocktober!” I’m going to have to borrow that one and incorporate a few crockpots meals next week.

‘Crocktober’ sounds like a good idea. I’ll have to keep that in mind for planning next week. We’re feeling the chill of fall here lately, and that’s always crock pot weather for me.

Happy Thanksgiving! I love how easy that spaghetti squash sounds. Definitely saving it for the near future!

Thank you so much for the feature!!! I went to check my blog traffic over my lunch break and couldn’t believe how many hits I had on last week’s Crocktober post! I’ve got another set of Crocktober meals put together for this week, and we’re also having Slow Cooker Spaghetti Squash – my version adds meatballs right into the pot with the squash.
I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!
