Happy Menu Plan Monday! With many of you getting back into the swing of things with kids going back to school, there is no better time than now to get on (back on) the menu planning band wagon. I am being completely honest with you when I tell you here that I would be lost without my weekly menu plan. Seriously I could never go back to aimlessly walking around the grocery store trying to menu plan on the fly. Not only do we eat better but we save a TON of money too. Plus even more importantly I don’t deal with dinner melt down each night wondering what I’m going to make. I know in advance. It’s easy, it’s practical and it will change your life! Monday: Barbecue Chicken Grilled Cheese
Tuesday: Summer Garden Pasta (this looks so amazing, can’t wait to try it)
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Honey Soy Pork Chops served with baby potatoes and broccoli
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Teriyaki Parmesan Chicken served with rice and carrots
Saturday: Slow Cooker Shredded Beef au Jus
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own)
