The following is a guest post from regular contributor, Angie at Echoes of Laughter.
Hello everyone one! I hope you are keeping well during this very busy holiday season! I am not going to chat about anything organizing today because it’s that time of year where we should all be enjoying the season! But I am going to share with you some ideas & inspiration from Echoes of Laughter to help you finish up any last minute projects you might have on your list.
7 Great Ideas & Inspiration For Christmas Decor, Gifts, Crafts and Baking
Tip #1~Decorating:
Greenery in a bowl with red ornaments is a winner anytime and oh-so-easy!
And greenery in anything….whether it be a bowl, vase or a teapot also works wonders too!
And if you would like to see more of my Christmas House Tour for 2013, you can visit HERE.
Tip #2~Save Money by Refreshing Old Decor:
I saved myself money by adding new flowers and accents to this 11 year old wreath, instead of throwing it away. You can see the before & after HERE. You probably have something that you can refresh too!
Tip #3~ Use Red for Outdoor Decor:
Using red outside always gives a big pop that gives the most ‘bang’ for your buck! Try a few red accents and you will be surprised! You can more of my front porch HERE.
Tip #4~ Quick Craft Idea:Straw Snowflakes
Straws can make the quickest craft project. This is a great project for kids during the holidays. Get instructions HERE.
Tip #5~ Easy Gift Idea for Friends.
Even if you are not crafty, this is easy to make. If you can stir, you can make this for your girlfriends. Get the project HERE.
Tip #6~Easy Gift Ideas for Families
Give the gift of a family movie night, and add a gift card for a meal if the budget allows! And mom also has the night off from dishes too. See more HERE.
Tip #7~Baking Quick & Easy
Take any favorite cookie recipe and give it a Christmas spin with a twist like using Christmas colors, like these Christmas chips in place of chocolate chips. You can find the recipe HERE.
