Crystal from Crystal & Co is a mom to five boys and is a huge believer in easy recipes. Over on her mommy resource site she shares with her readers an index of over 50 easy recipes plus other resources to help you with your menu planning. Her newest resource is a brand new ebook titled, How to Meal Plan, A Step by Step Guide for Busy Moms and is a great ebook to help you get dinner on the table every night. Of course it won’t actually prepare your meals for you but it does provide tips, recipes and printables to get you going. I honestly think menu planning is one of the first places to start on your organizational journey but I know it’s not easy for everyone to implement. Whether you are a menu planner newbie or simply need a menu plan refresher, this ebook can help! And as you can see it’s currently on sale for just 99 cents!!!
Also if you are stumped with what to make for dinner each night and limited on time (who isn’t?!) then be sure to head on over to Crystal’s easy recipe index for inspiration!

Some of you will remember me featuring them last year on my blog but this year the Chaos Simplified Planners have gone through an extensive redesign and are all new and better than ever. There are two styles to choose from, the Week by Week Planner and the Life Planner. The Week by Week Planner includes scripture to encourage and quotes to inspire, list your days top 3 priorities, track those 8 glasses of water each day, an enormous amount of space to plan your day…and everyone else’s, keep track of those ‘things to do’ and the ‘phone calls to make’.
The Woman’s Life Planner includes the Week by Week Planner as above but also has a refillable tri-fold design complete with 5 notepads that will bring even more order to your busy life. These notepads include: the art of juggling, my dreams and doodles, today’s most important tasks, meal planner and grocery list. When its all closed up it’s compact into an 8×10, easy to tote size. Paula says
I am a clinically depressed Mom of 2, ages 9 and 7 with a struggling Husband that owns his own business with a brother that does not pull his own weight. I occasionally sub for the Educational Assisatant at my childrens schools and I sell Silpada Designs jewellery and Amway. Neither of the sales are a success because of the depression. My husband was not when I married him but is now a neat FREAK and I do not want to do anything but sleep at the moment.
HA! As you can see, I have some problems. My Mother passed away 2 years ago and counting and I have a loving extended family but my sister is not dealing well with her death either. We both have pain issues and I recently was rear ended and am going to physio for thereapy for help.
I do love to reorganize in the new year because the kids get some wonderful new things from their wonderful loving family. My husband wants to purge the whole house, unfortunately the kids are the kind that rotate and play with so many diverse things it is hard to choose what to give away and the kids do not want to give ANYTHING away.
We do not have much money and or time do you have any suggestions?
(Other than get off your ass and get better, I have already heard that one)
Signed
Sorry for the nutcracker!
p.s.
They got some bigger actions figures and art supplies this year. Containers I have are full to overflowing and my son just had his bday last month and daughters bday was Sept. Needless to say it seems the worse for wear right now!
p.s.s. We have half a bonus room and very small bed rooms to work with. My daughter has a fetish for putting EVERYTHING she owns on her dresser big and tiny. I can handle my son’s room(right now anyway).
