Hello beautiful people. How are you? I hope you all had a lovely weekend and are ready for an organized week. How are we going to do that? By planning our menu out of course!
Last week was a super yummy one for us. I love love trying new recipes because I get bored easily and hate eating the same things over and over again however they don’t always turn out great. Last week was a good one though in that THREE of the new recipes I tried were big hits. All of these were so delicious and easy to throw together that I immediately added them to my Family Favorites Recipe Index (click on that link to check out my entire list of tried and true recipes!)
Loved all three of these recipes:
Slow Cooker Cheesy BBQ Chicken Bacon Sandwiches
Ham Ravioli Bake
Crisp Black Bean Tacos with Feta and Slaw
I also made another recipe this past weekend for a church potluck that was sooooo good. If you are looking for a quick and easy potluck dish check out this Spinach Salad with Tortellini, Apples, Almonds and Feta recipe.
Of course it should come as no surprise that I forgot to take pictures of every dish. Sorry!
Every Sunday night I clean out my fridge in preparation for my Monday morning grocery shop. This task is now a lot more fun with my Fridge Coasters in place. To check out what I’m talking about and to enter to win some for yourself, please visit this post.
What was your favorite recipe of last week? Share with us the link in the comments section!

Those Smitten Kitchen black bean tacos are a huge favorite around here too. Heaven. Now I have to put the chicken on our list as well!
Whatever you have done/are doing with the site, it loads much more easily now. Thank you very much!

Thanks for hosting! We had a church potluck yesterday, too, and I did not take any food pictures! Whaaa! There were only a few things picture worthy but I missed out.
Have a great week! Susie

Yes, we love the Black Bean Tacos, too – so simple and so good. We loved a new recipe from our menu last week, too: Slow Cooker Pesto-Meatball Stew (http://www.bhg.com/recipe/soups/pesto-meatball-stew/). I changed some things up a bit- using all homemade things (pesto, cooked beans, my own meatballs) and added chopped spinach at the end to up the vegetables. Meets the criteria of simple and good, too. 🙂

I just love checking out menus here and meeting other bloggers/moms! Thank you for providing this forum for that! I made english muffin bread yesterday (so technically not last week) and it was YUMMY. And a great freezer item because it makes 4 loaves. Instant fave. Have a wonderful day!

We are having homemade pizza this week too! I’ve been craving pizza a lot lately, and it’s so easy and so much healthier to make at home. I think your ravioli lasagna recipe will have to be added to my list of recipes to try. It looks delish! I can’t wait to hear how it tastes! Hope you have a good week, and thanks again for hosting this weekly menu sharing. It’s such an amazing resource for all of us busy momma’s!

I just spent the whole weekend making homemade frozen pizzas. I love having these ready in my freezer to pop in the oven during the busy weeknights.
I finally finished my menu plan – as usual better late than never 🙂
Have a great week Laura!
