I read your post (new reader) and started looking at the links. After going here: How to Throw Things Away (look a flow chart!) ~ @ Scribbit, I got all riled up about my junk drawer and sat down and threw a bunch of things away. I would have tossed some more; but it’s a shared drawer and I’d better ask the hubby first before I throw something out that he needs. Thanks for the encouragement. I needed to feel good about myself today, funny how cleaning out one drawer in a sea of clutter can make you smile….

I too was worried some spam had gotten hold of my site because of all the traffic. When I finally linked back through one of the visiting url’s I found the mention of my daughter’s bedroom on your site. I had a good laughover the irony that my blog was featured on a popular organizing blog , as my tag line is “it’s a messy life…but someone’s got to live it.” I’m working at it though, one project at a time, and I am so glad I’ve now found your site. I went to a store called Storables is Seattle this week and thought of you. I left my camera in the car, bit I kept thinking “Oh this aisle would send her over the moon!”
I totally would have loved that although if I’d seen the pictures it so wouldn’t have been pretty…you know with the drooling and all :)

Laura and Michelle: I had so much fun with junk drawer number one that after I posted my comment to your post, I actually headed to the kitchen and cleaned out the junk drawer in there! Whoo Hoo!
