I hate wasting food too so that’s why I always schedule in a leftover day. We line all the leftovers up on the counter and everyone can pick and choose what they want. It works really well AND I get a night off from cooking, woohoo! :)

I’m new to your blog, so this might seem redundant to previous posts, but I love the idea of having a leftovers buffet! I cook all the time and I hate to see extra food go to waste. Thanks for the wonderful idea!
