I am back after miss last week as my son was sick in hospital. I have to say I really missed my menu plan last week. It helped me feel on top of everything. Thank goodness I am back on track this week. Thank you for the inspiration.

I’m having baked chicken, marinated in sweet and sour sauce,and potatoes and vegfor Monday, meatloaf and bread and veggies on Tues. I’m still in creative mode since it’s the morning. Fish sticks (Trader Joes) with rolls and veggies……um. a working person and don’t always want to cook alot when I get home. Some weeks I’m not creative.

What is it about Fall and pork tenderloin? YUM! And I haven’t made oven-baked chicken fingers in a long time… definitely another to add to my list soon.
