I heart breakfast!

I just adore breakfast. In fact, I have never skipped breakfast, at least not for as long as I can remember. No matter what I always make time for breakfast, even with three kids and very chaotic mornings. I’m simply an owlly bear if I don’t. I also make sure my kids eat a good breakfast because I want them to have the fuel they need to get through their school day. That doesn’t mean that I make big elaborate breakfasts each day though, far from it. I do however have a few tricks that I use to get a healthy breakfast on the table and fast so everyone can get out the door and where they need to go. {continue reading at The Juice}

    Hi– I noticed your comment on Inspired Room and want to say what a lovely thought you had for your friend.

    Nothing could be worse than to lose a child. My thoughts and prayers go to her.

    It was my college roommate who convinced me that eating breakfast was a good thing. Now I look forward to it, but it took a while to gear up for it.

    After fasting for 8 hrs while sleeping, a hearty food is all you need to break fast. :)

    I’m not a huge breakfast eater when I first get up but I do like to have something. One thing my kids love is those breakfast burritos that Barb at At a Chelsea Morning gave us the recipe for. They freeze excellent. My son will eat leftovers from supper for breakfast.

    My favorite day of the week is Sunday when I make big breakfast for our family and then spend the day together.
