I had it up yesterday but forgot to come over and link up. Tonight is a birthday dinner and I am grilled Korean Kalbi ribs - I am headed to the Korean market now to pick up pre-marinated ribs for the grill. I am also going to be making pies this afternoon, since he decided he wants birthday pie instead of cake! Great menus, enjoy your vacation! just a tad late!
