I <3 Spring pad!!! I used to use evernote and other online programs before hand, but I love the integration to yelp (I'm an elite yelper) and mapping places on gmaps. Thanks for the new discovery!!

I am trying the spring pad this week to plan my meals. I have it all planned out. I added everything to my shopping list. I printed the plan page. Works great. Printed my shopping list (cuts off the items on the bottom yes my list is that long) no big deal I just wrote on the side the missing items. Now, I'm trying to print out the Cook tab where all the recipes are listed but it only prints page 1? and 2 blank pages. How do you print the entire Cook Tab? Have you tried? (okay back to searching for my recipes again and printing them individually).

I'm betting Justagal was just venting out of personal frustration at not getting her own cards out when she wanted to (at least, that's what I'd like to believe ).

And I am REALLY loving the Springpad menu planning tool - MUCH easier than doing the thing in Wordpress. I am so impressed with how it sucks in the ingredient list (or makes its best guess as to what are ingredients) so I can pop them into my shopping list.

I only had a few minutes to play with it last night before bed, but I'm hoping to explore it in greater depth later this week (you know, instead of sending/worrying about Christmas cards).

I was going to just delete this negative comment but instead decided to address it instead.

Just for the record I only sent my Christmas cards out this week (Dec 17th) and don't feel "screwed" as you say. Nor would I judge anyone else that is also doing the same. If someone chooses to send their cards out late or not at all that is no one else's business but theirs.

It is exactly these types of comments that contribute to the stress of moms everywhere trying to live up to someone else's ideal of what we should be doing and when. We definitely don't need this pressure from "society" that tells us we aren't measuring up somehow.

These types of <del datetime="2008-12-22T16:41:23+00:00">ridiculous</del> attitudes are what I'm trying to change in this world through my blog. I don't think making others feel guilty is the way to do it.

Thank you.

Posting about this on the 17th of December, less than 10 days before Christmas is like trying to organize after the horses have left the barn, the barn got foreclosed on, and there are new owner of the barn.

Nice idea and perhaps the post should be reserved for EARLIER in the year next year, but if you aren't organized with your christmas card list and everything else for the season by now, your kind of screwed.

It is WAAAAY to late to be blogging about a tool to be used for the season less than 10 days before its all over.

This is amazing. Of course, I wound up joining. I entered one of my favorite recipes actually one which I made today and then went to look at the shopping list and there was all my ingredients. Now, if only I had more hours in my day to type up all my recipes. Guess I'll do it on a daily basis. I already sent out my holiday cards and used labels so that part really didn't help me but maybe next year it will. Thanks so much for sharing this. Now, I must go bookmark it before I lose it and can't get back to it.

Tried to see the "New Springpad features" but the link took me to a login screen for Wordpress. Can you help me out? LOL, I'm curious to see the features since I just signed up.
