And I am REALLY loving the Springpad menu planning tool – MUCH easier than doing the thing in WordPress. I am so impressed with how it sucks in the ingredient list (or makes its best guess as to what are ingredients) so I can pop them into my shopping list.

I only had a few minutes to play with it last night before bed, but I’m hoping to explore it in greater depth later this week (you know, instead of sending/worrying about Christmas cards).

Just for the record I only sent my Christmas cards out this week (Dec 17th) and don’t feel “screwed” as you say. Nor would I judge anyone else that is also doing the same. If someone chooses to send their cards out late or not at all that is no one else’s business but theirs.

It is exactly these types of comments that contribute to the stress of moms everywhere trying to live up to someone else’s ideal of what we should be doing and when. We definitely don’t need this pressure from “society” that tells us we aren’t measuring up somehow.

These types of ridiculous attitudes are what I’m trying to change in this world through my blog. I don’t think making others feel guilty is the way to do it.

Nice idea and perhaps the post should be reserved for EARLIER in the year next year, but if you aren’t organized with your christmas card list and everything else for the season by now, your kind of screwed.

It is WAAAAY to late to be blogging about a tool to be used for the season less than 10 days before its all over.
