What do you get when you send three moms plus three daughters on a 6 hour road trip in one van to stay in one hotel room to do a whole pile of shopping?
A big unorganized mess that’s what.
But oh so worth it because boy did we have fun!
I’ll be back when I get myself a little more organized :)
PS: See that beautiful basket there? Sadly it’s not mine. My girlfriend wrestled me down, kicked me until I was black and blue and then stole it right out of my hands…sheesh some people are so rude! :)

That’s how our car looks every time we go on a vacation. It’s worth the mess, but slightly stressful from the disorganization. Glad you had fun :)

The back of that van looks vaguely familiar. Like everytime we go on holidays. LOL. I was going to comment on that gorgeous basket. Bummer there was only one. You need to build up some muscle there girl! LOL.

Okay it’s totally true, I was shaking and twitching at the sight of the van but I was so darn proud of myself for keeping my mouth shut. I think I should get a medal or something for the amazing restraint I displayed…LOL!

No cross border shopping for us unfortunately. That would have been many more hours on the road to do that :(
No I never did get that cabinet but every time I see it in the flyer I still get a little pang deep inside….sigh.
What a fun way to go shopping!! I may have to think about that sometime but somehow I don’t think it will happen as the “big city” near me is about 50 miles away and we could go in, shop till we drop of the vehicle is stuffed and still make it home!! The husbands (mine and my friends) would not go along with a hotel room most likely. :-(
