oh, I've gotten so out of touch with MPM and your blog lately. Things have just gone out the window here and I feel so bad! If you ever find your way to Manitoba, you're totally invited over to my house to help me get organized! I have so many ideas but can't seem to get things going.

By the way, I've been meaning to ask you, in your food pantry, if you have containers for something and you run out of that item & don't need to restock for a while, say a baking item that you don't do very often, do you just leave that container in the pantry?

For example, when I first got a bunch of containers for my pantry, I had some ingredients from a few recipes that I usually only make around Christmas time. Eventually, I did use it up and now the containers sit there empty, taking up space. I know they will be used again, but in the maintime do I leave them there?

Also, sometimes I will go to the store and find that a bigger size of an ingredient (say, sugar) will be on sale, so I get that but it's too much for the container. Usually I will get another container out, but sometimes I don't have the right size. What's your solution on this when saving money is a little more neccessary than organization?
