		<description>Mmm.... I&#039;m going to try these with Spelt flour, I bet that would work too. It&#039;s my favorite gluten-free flour and it seems to work very well as a substitute in any recipe I&#039;ve ever tried it in. These are going to be good for a choco-fix!</description>

		<description>i so wish i&#039;d looked at this a few days go!!! DS bday is today.  this morning i made 2 goodies..1st batch cupcakes and 2nd batch cake.  never bake before coffee.  i used all tapioca starch by mistake instead of my &#039;blend&#039;..and i left out the baking soda.   a bit um..chewy;0  the cake is great.  i plan on posting it in a day or two.</description>
