A couple of weeks ago I asked if you wouldn’t mind sharing your chocolate chip cookie recipes with me and many of you came to my aid (I can’t wait to try them all!). I don’t have a lot of time to post today but I do want to give a big shout out to Thrifty Jinxy for sharing her Healthy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe. They were awesome and I love that they included applesauce and whole wheat flour!!
Sorry I don’t have a picture but they were gone before I thought to take one.
Enjoy!

I’m glad you liked them! I LOVE that recipe too. The only problem is since they are healthier, it makes me less guilty and I eat more and then like you said, they are gone in no time!

Oh, how lovely! I can’t eat them myself (gluten allergy), but I’m always looking for frugal and semi-healthy treats to make for others. I wish I had found this recipe 2 days ago. It would have saved me a lot of money on super expensive ingredients for healthy cacao almond balls. Oh well. Now I have it for next time!

Oh no, I’m sorry to hear that Constance. Mine weren’t flat so something definitely happened…hmmm.
