My daughter is soy-free, dairy-free and gluten-free. Also, when baking, what kind of shortening do you recommend using? My first go at an allergy safe cupcake recipe wasn't as tasty as I had hoped. I think that not having that butter flavor made them kind of flat. Thanks for the advice, this is all new to our family, would love tips.
