And so the weight gain begins…..

Hi everyone! Today is the day I make the journey across Canada on two different airplanes with three kids to see my family!! Hubs unfortunately couldn’t get the time off so he is staying home. If you think I’m organized you should see my mom. I phoned her tonight to see what was on the menu for this week knowing that she would already have it done up. She didn’t disappoint and it looks like I’m going to be well fed! Oh and did I mention that my brother in-law is a chef? Yum!!!

Not only has my mom menu planned supper but lunch as well so I’m going to be sharing both with you today. Check out the theme nights!

Monday:
Supper ~ build your own pizzas on pita bread

Tuesday:
Lunch ~ pasta salad, rolls, cold meat
Supper ~ Greek night ~ pork sovlaki, taziki, hummus, lemon potatoes, greek salad and s*x in a pan for dessert

Wednesday:
Lunch ~ coleslaw and leftover pasta and greek salad
Supper ~ Southern Ontario night ~ pork chops, boiled potatoes, corn on the cob, fresh peas, marinated salad and jello with cool whip for dessert

Thursday:
Lunch ~ cold turkey breast, leftover salad, buns, veggies and dip
Supper ~ Picnic supper at the park ~ buns/cold meat, macaroni and potato salad, cheese ball and watermelon for dessert

Friday:
Lunch ~ green salad and BLT’s
Supper ~ Little Italy night ~ Spaghetti, ceaser salad, garlic bread and pineapple pudding for dessert

Oh it’s going to be nice to be spoiled!!

Have a great week everyone because I know I will :)
