This recipe turned out really nice but be careful not to overcook the meat. Overcooked slow cooked food is yuck.
Sweet ‘n’ Sour Pork Chops
Prep: 5 min. Cook: 4 1/4 hours
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup honey barbeque sauce
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
2 tbsp chili sauce
4 bone-in pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick and 8 oz each)
In a small bowl, combine the pineapple, barbeque sauce, onion and chili sauce. Pour half into a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Top with pork chops and remaining sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4 1/4 to 5 1/4 hours or until meat is tender.
Yield: 4 servings

I’ve got some pork chops in the freezer just waiting for a good recipe. I’ll be doing this next week! Thanks for posting.
Oh wow…this sounds so delicious! But I know there’s no way my hubby would eat it. :(
Laura, sounds great. You are right, there is a point of no return with slowcooker cooking. I like things well done, but have learned to be careful to turn mine to warm when it is done.
Looks deliscious Laura!
