Menu plan Monday - May 28th

Hello! Happy Memorial Day to all my friends across the border. Hope you are having a wonderful long weekend with lots of great food!! We had ours last weekend.

When I was doing my blog crawl today I came across a great site that I think many of you know about already but maybe some of you don’t. Menus4moms provides a free weekly menu plan including recipes and grocery list for 5 nights of dinners. For those of you that have been hesitant to get on the menu planning bandwagon this might be just the motivation you need. Let someone else plan the weekly menus for you and take all the guesswork out of it. Of course you also have all the menu plans below to borrow from :) Come on, what are you waiting on! If you haven’t read my list of reasons why I menu plan, you can read it here. Menu planning has been a lifesaver for me. I appreciate all of you that join me each week, keeping me on track and starting my week off on the right foot!

Here is my menu for this week:

Monday: Vegetable Lover’s Burger and Garden Fresh Pasta Salad (didn’t have last week)
Tuesday: Fajitas
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Ham and Swiss Chicken served with red potatoes and carrots
Thursday: Dinnertime Quesadillas
Friday: Leftovers

WHAT’S ON YOUR MENU THIS WEEK?

*Important - Please link to your individual MPM post instead of your home page. Here is how you link to an individual post if you’ve never done it before: right click on the time at the bottom of the post you want to link to, click “copy shortcut” and then paste it into Mr. Linky. Welcome to all new participants. Please let us know you are new to MPM (so we can be sure to visit and welcome you) by putting “I’m new” or “First one” in brackets after your name in Mr. Linky.

Hmmm - those fajitas sound delicious. I must still try the enchilladas (sp?) I saw on a menu plan some time ago (I think Trista’s because I always think Dion would just move in there for the food) - we love mexican food but we usually go out for it because I cook too healthy ;)
