Hello, hello, hello! Welcome to another Menu Plan Monday ladies! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and is ready for a brand new week. My daughter came 2nd in a piano festival today, so that was pretty exciting for us. She has another one scheduled for Wednesday. As always, I was way more nervous than she was :)
Again I’m trying some new recipes this week. For someone who isn’t a very good cook, I do love trying new recipes. I love change what can I say! Last week we had two winners with the 40 Clove Garlic Chicken and the Zucchini Sausage Pasta. I’ll definitely make these again.
Here’s whats on our menu for this week:
Monday: Steak fajitas (new for us since usually we use ground beef)
Tuesday: Foil Packed Taco Chicken Dinner
Wednesday: Cheesy Beef and Veggie Pasta
Thursday: Leftover Buffet

Congrats to your daughter! I hope the Wednesday festival goes well, too. It is funny how we as parents get more nervous for our kids than we do!

I’m HUGE into roasted veggies since I’ve been doing Weight Watchers. I love the flavors and usually will substitute meat by adding more veggies.
A new trick I learned is to roast the veggies ON the bread and then the juices seep into the bread. So yummy! Thanks for sharing with us.

I have posted my menu. This is my first time to do this and will look for Mr.Linky tomorrow. :) Everyone’s menus look great. I am off to get my chili in the crockpot so I can just plug it in and go to work in the morning.

Hey Laura! My menu is up as well as today’s recipe. It’s good to be back into the groove of things. We just got our internet set up yesterday!!! We’re now out in beautiful CA. I’ll be by later to catch up on everything that been going on for the past 2 weeks. Yikes!!!
