Although a bit late this week I’m participating in Meny Plan Monday för the first time. I doing “the Compact” this year, only buying nesseceties and menuplanning has proven very useful so far. My blog is in Swedish but the menu plan Monday posts will be in Swedish and English.

Thanks for doing this. It has been awhile since I participated. We have been iced in for a week and the kids finally went back to school today. So I am back with my Menu!!

Wow, Laura. The participation in this just keeps going up! Honestly, if two thirds of my weekly entries weren’t “leftovers” I’d do this. I cook two or three times a week, enough for an army. I actually serve leftovers more often than I cook! Uh oh. I probably shouldn’t admit that. :-)

This is my first time posting a comment even though I posted a menu to my site last week. I love this! I am finally able to stick with my menus. I had so many leftovers from last week that Mondays are now Leftover days (gotta make room in the fridge!).

Hi there – the spaghetti pork chops were *awesome* last week! A friend of mine tried them, and she like them, too, so you can definitely look forward to that meal! :-)

And thanks for the heads-up about Slow Cooker Thursday, that will be great!
