On Menu Plan Monday I mentioned I would be making Slow Cooker Chicken Dinner last night. It was the first time I made this recipe and I just wanted to let you know that it tasted delicious and it was quick and easy. I will definitely be making it again. The recipe recommends a cooking time of eight hours but I cooked it for seven and it was just perfect. Often you can overcook your meat in the slow cooker and then it just doesn’t taste very good.
