in Menu Plan Monday

Hello! Hope everyone had a great weekend! I know I did with great friends, awesome food and fun games thanks to Katrina and her game reviews! If you haven’t had a chance to check her reviews out you really must, they are fantastic even if it is starting to cost me a lot of money…lol.

Here is my menu for this week:

Monday: Fresh from the Garden Tomato Pasta (unfortunately my tomatos are from the store)
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Hearty Hashbrown Dinner (one of my daughter’s favorite meals)
Wednesday: Stacy’s Slow Cooker Thai Chicken
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Slow Cooker Pizza Rigatoni (first time trying this one)

Haven’t figured out the weekend just yet. Usually hubbie cooks and anything goes.

Some of you may have missed this post letting you know that my favorite slow cooker magazine cookbook is available to purchase online here. Also if you are looking for an online grocery list I did find this one and this one that looked pretty good. If you know of any other good ones please share them with us in the comments! Thanks.

Laura,

Your menu looks good. The Hashbrowns and the Pizza Rigatoni sound good. I think I might try the Pizza Rigatoni next week.

Glad you had a good weekend. I hope you have a wonderful week. I said a prayer for you today.

Thanks for your blog!

I’m an unusual case–a single woman in a studio apartment. But I’m trying to get a grip on menu planning :)

You are giving the slow cooker a workout this week! I just resolved last week after a months-long slow cooker hiatus that I was going to start using mine more. That thai chicken sounds fabulous–yes, I would add some garlic and red pepper as the recipe noted as a possible addition. Yum!

Don’t you love the fall weather when there are lots of yummy crock pot dinners to make? You’ve inspired me to try more crockpot recipes next week! :-)

I’m going to give that Hashbrown Dinner a try – sounds like something that will go over well in this house!

Oh – and thanks for spreading the word about the game reviews. I’m glad you’re enjoying them! (My husband would tell you that the games have cost us a lot of money too!) :)

Hashbrown dinner, yummy :)

Sorry I’m late in participating, my muscle pains are keeping me away from the computer a lot.

Great menu you have going, let us know about the Pizza Rigatoni.
