Slow Cooking Thursday ~ BBQ Pork Chop Supper

Sandra at Diary of a SAHM is starting a regular feature called Slow Cooking Thursday. Terrific idea Sandra! As most of you know from Menu Plan Monday I use my crockpot ALOT and I love trying new recipes. This past Monday I posted that I would be making BBQ Pork Chop Supper in the crockpot last night. This was the first time trying this recipe and I’m happy to report that is was delicious and oh so easy. I especially liked it because it is a one pot meal….pork chops, potatoes and carrots all thrown in! Yummy! So if you missed the link go here (cause I’m just to lazy to type it out..lol). Enjoy!

PS: I also told a few of you that I would let you know how the Cacciatore Style Chicken Bake I made on Tuesday turned out and I am NOT recommending that one at all.

This is funny, because I’m making a slow cooker pot roast right now! I got it from the “Full Bellies, Happy Kids” blog: http://fullbellies.blogspot.com/2006_03_01_archive.html
It’s a great idea. I have to remind myself to use the darned thing, so if I keep Thursdays in mind, that will help. (I’m also using the bread machine today!)
