What’s on your menu?

Another Monday….what are you eating this week? This is what I’ll be cooking up for my family. I’m concentrating on using up meat we have in our freezer.

Monday: Beef fajitas (a weekly favorite!)
Tuesday: Slow cooked Ham Tetrazzini over spaghetti
Wednesday: Slow cooked Tangy and Tender Spareribs with rice and broccoli
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: A simple meal of tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches
Sat/Sun: We play the weekends by ear just in case someone wants to invite us over for dinner…lol.

    We’re actually having grilled cheese and tomato soup for lunch today, LOL! Borden’s singles were on sale 3/$5.

    I love my slow cooker, too! Could you post your slow cooker ham tetrazinni recipe? I think that sounds delicious!

    Jenny once you’ve used the slow cooker you will wonder how you ever lived without it. Go to http://www.bestsimplerecipes.com and do a search for slow cooker or crock pot recipes.

    Found you through momrn2…

    we have been out of the menu planning routine for several weeks now and I am just craving to get back into it!

    It saved me all those “ooh I might need that this week” type grocery shopping!
